Its initial post garnered over 17,000 engagements.
A couple of Subway 'Durian Delite' sandwiches was created as the chain’s April Fool's campaign for 2020.
The campaign, which was launched primarily from Subway Singapore's Facebook page on 27 March, showcased a 'durian spread' which could be added to its Chicken and Italian BMT sandwiches.
The post has since received significant reactions, with over 17,000 engagements, more than 1500 shares, and 2100+ comments.
A social media contest has stemmed from the prank, where the brand will reward five commenters on the Facebook post with free Subway sandwiches.
