Starbucks launches cantaloupe flavoured frappe in Japan
It features milk-flavoured panna cotta, cantaloupe inclusions.
Starbucks Japan debuted its brand-new Cantaloupe and Cream frappe flavour in a company-hosted fashion event.
According to Starbucks’ news release, the new drink will be available only until 17 May 2016.
The new frappe is a handcrafted, layered combination with milk-flavoured panna cotta and cantaloupe inclusions at the bottom. It also has a blend of cantaloupe and melons in the center, and is topped with whipped cream.
Meanwhile, the event was produced by Keigo Anan, art director for Logram Inc. The carnival-themed launch featured models and dancers performed with the new beverage in hand while wearing dress designed for the event.
The event also included a local guest talk show host and a concert by a live band.
