Souper Tang returns to Singapore with Raffles City outlet

The outlet will also offer limited-time Singapore-exclusive dishes.

Malaysian herbal soup chain Souper Tang will reopen its doors at Raffles City Shopping Centre in Singapore on 29 July 2026, seven years after closing its previous outlet at The Centrepoint.

Located in the basement of the mall, the restaurant will serve 15 signature herbal soups, alongside a menu of Chinese-style dishes including rice, noodles, wok-fried items, and desserts.

The outlet features a dining space finished with beige, walnut, and gold tones, with round tables and a retail section selling packaged products for home preparation.

The retail range includes the Souperfast ready-to-brew soup packs, as well as Mee Suah and Ramen products.

To mark the opening, Souperfast soup packs will be priced at $5.95 each with a buy-five-get-one-free offer, whilst the Mee Suah and Ramen products will be sold at $6.90 each with a buy-four-get-one-free promotion.

The restaurant's menu includes 15 herbal soups prepared with Chinese herbs and premium ingredients.

Signature offerings include the Souper Tang Signature Soup ($28.80 for two to three people; $38.80 for four to five people), American Ginseng Black Chicken Soup with Aged Black Garlic ($28.80/$38.80), Mountain Pepper Pork Tripe Soup ($28.80/$38.80), Golden Fish Maw Soup with Scallop ($27.80), Golden Stewed Fish Soup in Stone Pot ($28.80), and Lotus Root and Peanut Root Soup with Amusium ($33.80).

Other dishes include Home-Braised Pork Belly in Rich Dark Special Sauce ($21.80), Stir-Fried French Bean with Pu'er ($15.80), Paper-Wrapped Herbal Chicken with Rice ($15.80), Sesame Oil Ginger Wine and Herbs Chicken Mee Suah ($12.80), and Sizzling Barramundi Slices with Bentong Ginger and Garlic ($24.80).

The Singapore outlet will also introduce several dishes available only at this location for a limited time.

They include the Imperial House-Brewed Rice Wine Mini Hot Pot ($21.80), Jasmine Tea-Infused Sautéed Prawn ($18.80), Premium Fish Maw and Pork Tripe Pepper Collagen Soup ($34.80), and Stir-Fry Vegetables Medley with Goji Berry and Ginkgo ($15.80).

Desserts include Signature Caramel Beancurd ($6.80) and Winter Melon with Water Chestnut ($5.80).

From 2 to 4 August, diners can receive 50% off selected dishes from a promotional menu as part of the outlet's opening offers.

Founded in 2009 by two Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners and herbal specialists, Souper Tang operates more than 17 outlets across Southeast Asia. The company says it has sold more than 7 million bowls of herbal soup.
