Jollibee opens first AI-assisted drive-thru in Singapore
This marks the 20th restaurant by the brand.
Jollibee has opened its first drive-thru in Singapore.
The drive-thru is collated at the Caltex Jurong Spring station, marking its 20th restaurant in Singapore.
The restaurant will be the first AI-assisted drive-thru for fast-food giant and will have dynamic menu boards that will have varied product offerings.
“This milestone coincides with our 10th anniversary in Singapore, during which time we have expanded from a single outlet in Lucky Plaza to 20 stores across the country, growing our consumer base from serving primarily Filipinos, to now serving the mainstream Singaporean market who compose a predominant majority of our customers today. We are grateful for the Singaporean community’s continued support, and we look forward to expanding further in the country and the greater EMEAA region,” Dennis Flores, President of Jollibee Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia (“EMEAA”) said.
The opening of Singapore’s first drive-thru follows the recent Jollibee store opening in neighbouring Malaysia, where the brand opened its 10th location in the country at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. For the first half of 2023, the Jollibee brand opened 38 stores globally—23 of which were opened outside the Philippines.
