Tim Hortons announces Singapore debut
Menu highlights include 100% Premium Arabica coffee and its signature doughnuts.
Canadian coffee brand Tim Hortons will open its first cafe in Singapore this 17 November in VivoCity.
The coffee shop will feature iconic menu items including signature coffee beverages brewed from 100% Premium Arabica Beans alongside a diverse selection of freshly prepared sourdough melts and baked goods, including the internationally beloved bite-sized doughnuts known as Timbits.
Early this year, Japanese conglomerate Marubeni Corporation announced that through its wholly-owned Singapore-based subsidiary Marubeni Growth Capital Asia Pte. Ltd., it entered into an exclusive agreement with Tim Hortons Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. to bring the brand to Singapore.
“We are delighted to introduce the Tim Hortons brand in Singapore. We firmly believe that fundamental consumer trends fuel the coffee, food and beverage sector, and we are committed to establishing a lasting and sustainable presence in the region, hand in hand with our valued partners,” Bharat Sarma, President and Senior Managing Director, Marubeni Growth Capital Asia.
Following the launch at VivoCity, Tim Hortons has already set its eyes on opening outlets in Nex, One Raffles Place and Suntec City.
