McDonald's Japan unveils trio of rice burgers

The new items are offered until 5 February.

McDonald’s Japan announced the launch of its its latest burger range featuring rice buns.

The new rice burgers are also new additions to the chicken chain’s night menu, which are served from 5 p.m. until closing time.

The latest burger range consists of Teriyaki Mac Rice Burger, Bacon Lettuce Rice Burger and Chicken “Filleo” Rice Burger.

According to the chain’s website, they use locally-sourced rice for their buns.

The rice burgers are only offered until 5 February.
