KFC’s fried ‘Kentaco’ flies to Taiwan.
It was first introduced in Singapore in 2020.
KFC Taiwan has unveiled the newest offering in its menu: the fried ‘Kentaco’.
The Kentaco is wrapped in fried chicken breast fillet, marinated and breaded with KFC's seasoning and formed in a U-shape, reminiscent of that of a taco. The filling includes lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, and shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, topped with a creamy taco cheese sauce seasoned with a variety of spices.
The Kentaco was first introduced in Singapore. The Kentaco will be available in Taiwan from 13 March to 17 April.
The "Kentaco XL Combo", which includes one Kentaco, one fried chicken breast, one medium serving of potato wedges, one egg tart, and one medium soft drink, will be priced at NT$245 ($8.00).
