Shake Shack Singapore has launched a new range centered around Sambal Mayo, their first Singapore-inspired menu.
The trio of items consist of the Nasi lemak-inspired Sambal Mayo burger, a cheeseburger with fresh cucumber, egg, crisp-fried ShackMeister onions and topped with sambal mayo; the Sambal Mayo Chicken Shack, featuring crispy dark meat chicken with cilantro lime slaw, cucumber and sambal mayo; and the Sambal Mayo Fries, which are crinkle cut fries topped with sambal mayo, bacon chunks and scallions.
The spicy Sambal sauce is made from Batu Lesung Spice Company and created by local chef Jeremy Nguee exclusively for Shake Shack.
Shake Shack’s new Sambal Mayo menu is available at all eight outlets for a limited time.
