“We are committed to breaking the stereotype of burgers and pushing the envelope of what they could look, feel and taste like. We are constantly looking for ways to delight our guests with something new as well as introducing familiar favourites. And now, we have a perfect combination for both,” VeganBurg founder and burger director Alex Tan said.
Produced without hormones, antibiotics, cholesterol or artificial flavors, the Impossible Burger uses about 75% less water, generates about 87% fewer greenhouse gases, and requires around 95% less land than conventional ground beef from cows.
Aside from their sole outlet in Singapore, VeganBurg also has another site in San Francisco. The brand recently announced that they are seeking franchisees in the US.
