Singaporeans go-to fast food restaurants revealed
Around 40% of people in Singapore eat out at least once a week.
McDonald’s is the restaurant Singaporeans are most likely to consider, with 59% of respondents naming it in YouGov’s 2025 dining report.

KFC follows at 35.6%. The rest of the top five are largely fast-food chains: Burger King (31.4%), Subway (28.3%), and the homegrown café chain Ya Kun Kaya Toast (26.1%).
Starbucks comes in sixth at 25%, ahead of Jollibee (22.2%), Din Tai Fung (21.3%), Pizza Hut (21.2%), and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (20.6%).
Around 40% of people in Singapore eat out at least once a week, rising to 50% amongst Gen Z and Millennials.
Another 40% say they dine out at least once a month. Older consumers are less frequent restaurant-goers, with 22% saying they eat out less than once a month, compared with 11% amongst younger groups.
