Cold Stone Creamery launches maiden Cambodia outlet in Phnom Penh
It's the first of 13 openings scheduled for the country.
Cold Stone Creamery has opened the doors to its maiden Cambodia outlet in Phnom Penh.
According to the chain’s press release, it is the first of 13 stores slated to open in Cambodia over the next five years.
"This is just the first of many locations that will cater to the premium tastes of consumers by offering a one of a kind experience and flavor you can only get at Cold Stone Creamery,” commented Eddy Jimenez, Senior Vice President of International Operations and Development at Kahala Brands, the parent company of Cold Stone Creamery.
The launch is in line with Cold Stone Creamery thrust in recent years to boost its international growth. Since it first opened its first international store in November 2005 in Tokyo, the US-based brand continued to expand to 27 countries.
To date, it has over 300 international locations in markets like the Philippines, Kuwait, Qatar, Trinidad, Nigeria, Egypt and Indonesia.
