Italian-American-style baked pasta concept debuts in Singapore
Zitimama's has plans to expand with another outlet in Singapore and two new outlets in New Zealand and India before the end of 2022.
Zitimama's, a new concept selling Italian-American-style baked pasta in three minutes, has just made its debut in Singapore.
Developed by the hospitality solutions company NJ Group, the eatery at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) boasts a menu offering three different types of sauces including marinara, tomato cashew nut and cream sauce, along with five proteins, and up to seven types of vegetables at a range between $5.80 to $8.40 per approximately 380g. A new fusion sauce will be offered every season.
NJ Group said a maximum of three staff members are needed at a time for the outlet.
"Zitimama's brings instant value-add to consumers and business owners and will be a significant disruptor in the F&B, service and technology space," said Neelendra Jain, founder of NJ Group, in a media release.
Upon stepping into Zitimama's, an avatar “senses your presence, springing into life to greet you with its menu and promotions,” the group said. Customers can then choose their desired pasta, sauce and ingredients according to their budget, which will be displayed upon order.
Zitimama's will open another outlet in Singapore and two new outlets in New Zealand and India before the end of 2022.
