Flash Coffee, Foodpanda team up for chain’s in-app delivery service
Initially launched in Singapore, the feature will be rolled out across the rest of its APAC markets shortly.
Flash Coffee has launched in-app delivery in Singapore, claiming to be the first coffee chain rolling out in-app delivery locally.
The initiative, done via a partnership with Foodpanda’s on-demand express delivery service Pandago, is enabled in at least 23 stores so far.
“Launching this feature is a major strategic achievement for us as a fully tech-enabled company and paves the way for numerous customer experience improvements via technology in the future. Given the strong user adoption since our soft launch just a few weeks ago, we are excited to roll out the feature across the rest of our APAC markets shortly”, Flash Coffee founder and CEO David Brunier.
“With pandago, Flash Coffee can now tap on our reliable fleet of riders and advanced algorithm dispatching systems to satiate customers’ cravings for their favourite Flash Coffee drinks in the shortest time possible,” added Sukhdeep Singh, director of strategic partnerships for Foodpanda Singapore.
Customers can also collect points on Flash Coffee’s loyalty programme for in-app delivery orders, which they can redeem for free or discounted products and use for levelling up on membership tiers connected to additional benefits such as merchandise and invitations to exclusive events
Flash Coffee added that in-app delivery will also be incorporated in the “Challenges” feature in the near future, additional rewards and points for completing tasks can be acquired.
Customers can get complimentary in-app delivery on the Flash Coffee app with minimum orders of S$10 until January 31.
